Thinking About Forgiveness

A poem about holding on to our emotions and letting them go.

come through me

beauties of the night

find your home here.

let your coated

and damaged arms

hold whatever is forever stale.

let your sinew conjure synapse

to tell tales of where you came.

where fondness and interest

let pass each other’s blame.
